ADVISORY TEAM

CAMERON MCDANIEL

I’ve been at Valley Assembly since 2000 and pastoring since 2017. Happily married to my lovely wife Faustine and we enjoy parenting our little boy Jesse. After serving and living at a non-profit in Los Angeles for 2 years (2014-16) I witnessed the value of the Church being the hands and feet of Jesus to the local community. I am passionate about YA’s today discovering their God given purpose in making Jesus known and empowering their local church. My heart is to connect healthy churches and empower their Young Adults to walk in their faith with boldness and further the kingdom of God.

KINZIE LUNCEFORD

I attend Valley Real Life and am the team leader for Uganda missions at the church. I am currently a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst and work with families within the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area who have Autism. I personally feel a calling to Young Adults as I have in the past felt unknown, unable to fit into any particular group and was looking for ways to connect with like-minded individuals. I want to break the stereotype that the church only resides within a building, but rather as Christ followers, when we collectively work together we have the potential to make significant differences in our community. I love getting to equip the Young Adults to go out into their communities, whether it be through school or work and be Jesus in a tangible way.

JOSE MORA

I recently moved to the Inland Northwest after accepting the position as youth pastor at Legacy Church in Liberty Lake. WA. I get to walk alongside middle and high school students pursue Jesus whole heartedly. I’m passionate about seeing young adults coming together to build community, grow in their relationship with Jesus and spreading his love to others.

DEREK TRESNER

I serve at One Place Church in Hayden, Idaho as a coordinator in our student ministries and a group leader for young adults. God has given me a passion for seeing young people rescued and brought into the Kingdom of Heaven and it’s because of that passion that I serve with YA Collective. I’m believing God for big things through the Collective. All for His glory!

CONNOR OLSON

I grew up at Valley Assembly and have been fortunate enough to be on staff as the Creative Director since 2018. This smorgasbord of a profession allows me to test my skills at graphic design, photo, video, web design, etc. and I’m loving every bit of it. Through that, I’ve found a huge place in my heart for Young Adults. So many of us are going through massive transitions and challenges and feel so lonely in the midst of it. My goal is to connect YA’s to encourage one another in our various walks with Jesus.
